Self-service password resetting automates the manual password reset process normally performed by support staff. Users can access the system by computer or phone and are authenticated with personalised challenge-response questions (which can be derived from existing data stores). All resets and changes are logged and automatically ticketed into your helpdesk.

Self-service account provisioning allows authorised, and non-technical individuals such as business managers, to directly initiate and execute account-provisioning requests, in a controlled and secure environment and working within constraints that you set-up.
