Our managed service for user support incorporates the provision of user helpdesk, first line support and second line support as well as software adds and changes. We primarily focus on the support of the desktop environment: its operating system, mail and messaging, office productivity applications and peripheral hardware.

We are skilled in service implementation and provide a smooth transition from your existing user support arrangement. We will TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking, Protection of Employment) all necessary staff to our employment and can, at your preference, operate either from your site or one of our own.
