Welcome to the Remote Support and Diagnostics facility for ComputerLand UK Ltd Hardware Maintenance customers.

This remote access solution provides our Technical Support Representatives with the facility to share a desktop to assist with problem resolution.

Once you connect to the service, you will be prompted to download a small, self-installing plug-in, which allows the representative to view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. At any time during the support session, you can take control of your computer by just moving the mouse. You will be in charge at all times.
